About Us

ALMOA stands for “Advances in Large-scale, Multilevel, and Hierarchical Optimisation for Challenging Applications” and is a four-year project funded by HORIZON–MSCA-2024-DN-01 of the European Commission under the Grant Agreement ID 101226343. It started in January 2026 and will end in December 2029. ALMOA is coordinated by the University of Klagenfurt; it brings together 13 beneficiaries and 10 associated partners from across Europe.
